Custom evaluation fields can be added to any spreadsheet. You can create as many custom evaluation fields as you like and all are based on the same scale of weight. If a spreadsheet already contains a default evaluation field, you can still add another one and simply name it for the new purpose.

Custom evaluation fields are personal to your user ID. If a scribe user is logged on as you they can change the field settings for case records. Other authors (and scribes entering for them) can view your evaluation fields but cannot change the values in them.
