Description
This seminar will depart from the standard CLE lecture format to provide an update on key corporate law developments through a highly interactive ‘Jeopardy’-style game format. Attendees will compete by answering a series of questions designed to provide a comprehensive review of critical developments in corporate law. Each question will be thoroughly answered by the speaker to ensure that attendees depart with a strong refresher on key concepts and new understanding of emerging trends in corporate law. The session will conclude by using one or more examples from the game to lead attendees through best practices for learning more via available online research resources.
