After attending this course you’ll appreciate the contours of the role special committees play in governance matters and who is best suited for committee service; when committees and special investigations are required by circumstances or simply recommended as preventative measures; and other risk management considerations. The assembled panelists will explore these topics and more, including:
• Determining when forming a special board committee is appropriate
• Forming the special committee and determining who will serve on it
