Description
As attorneys in corporate finance, general litigation, real estate and other areas work to get up to speed
on bankruptcy law, this course, will provide an introduction to the fundamentals of bankruptcy/
restructuring proposing hypotheticals to illustrate typical tasks and working through the case law,
legislation, rules, and analysis that exist to help achieve them.
