This seminar addresses how to use online resources to conduct Early Case Assessment – to learn about the key “players” (e.g. opposing counsel, judges, etc..), to investigate corporations, to pull jury instructions, and more. Additionally, it will highlight how attorneys are using innovative tools such as Artificial Intelligence and analytics to quickly find answers to common legal questions, determine motion strategy and develop more persuasive motions.
