Description

This seminar will depart from the standard CLE lecture format to provide an update on key corporate law developments through a highly interactive ‘Jeopardy’-style game format. Attendees will compete by answering a series of questions designed to provide a comprehensive review of critical happenings in corporate law. Topics will vary but will generally cover subjects such as noteworthy Delaware Court of Chancery caselaw, concepts ranging from piercing the corporate veil to the business judgment rule, ethical issues for corporate attorneys, M&A deal terms, and SEC rules and regulations (as appropriate for firms with public company practices). The moderator/presenter will provide comprehensive answers to each question to ensure that attendees are well versed on current issues in corporate law.
