Description

The SEC’s Division of Enforcement was comparatively quiet in 2021, bringing 3% fewer cases than in 2020, and the lowest number of public company enforcement actions since 2014. Regulatory defense attorneys can expect less vacation time in 2022, as the SEC has a loaded agenda and faces pressure to implement it aggressively. With priorities ranging from digital assets to SPACs, cybersecurity, and ESG, there are potential areas of concern for market participants of all stripes. This webinar will briefly summarize areas where enforcement activity is expected, and provide attendees with a survey of relevant resources to perform related research.
