We are delighted to announce that LexisNexis is working with International Lawyers for Africa (ILFA) to help build legal capacity amongst African lawyers.

ILFA’s mission is to build legal excellence in Africa by providing access to advanced training, networking opportunities and education for African lawyers working in government or indigenous African law firms.

LexisNexis will be providing a selection of its webinars on a pro bono basis to support ILFA’s online Angaza Africa Law Training programme, as well as providing free access to its multimedia studio for the production of bespoke learning content.

ILFA’s executive director Anna Gardner stated “we are really excited about collaborating with LexisNexis to help deliver accessible CPD training across Africa”.

This is another example of how we put our Rule of Law strategy into operation around the world – using the assets and skills we have and working with key partners. By leveraging what is at the core of our business, we can support the fantastic work done by others and take another step in advancing the Rule of Law around the world.

Finally, well done to our Head of Learning Stephen Honey, who led the engagement with ILFA from the outset!
