Why won't my User ID work?

Expert Research on Demand has recently migrated back office systems.  If you didn’t receive an email notifying you of the change, you might need to complete registration to get access again or Contact your EROD representative for assistance.

How do I sign in after the upgrade is complete?

The first time you sign in after the upgrade, you may notice that the User ID box on the sign in page now asks for your email address. As part of our upgrade we have changed your current User (Login) ID to become your email address, but you must change your password.  To change your password, just follow the Forgot Your Password? (hyperlink) link on the Sign-In page.  You will be sent an email with instructions to follow, after which you will be able to begin making orders.

Will my old password work when the upgrade is completed?

No, it won't. Your old password will need to be replaced with a new one. To reset your password just follow the Forgot Your Password? link on the Sign-in page. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Where can I see my Invoice?

If you are the designated Invoice contact for your firm, you will be able to see your invoices via the LexisNexis Account Center. For help accessing the LexisNexis Account Center, and designating Invoice Contacts, please contact an EROD representative at 1-800-521-5596, or via email at fullservice@lexisnexis.com.

My address has changed, how do I update this information?
