Last month Westlaw announced they would be ending 24/7 phone support for customers on January 3, 2022. After negative feedback from customers, Westlaw subsequently announced a plan to return to 24/7 support on January 18. But where does that leave Westlaw customers in the meantime?LexisNexis is here to help. Now through January 17, our legal research phone support is open to Westlaw customers at no cost. We have added additional after-hours and weekend staffing to handle your calls. And we greatly look forward to extending to you the excellent support LexisNexis customers receive every day.
