To minimize the effects on our employees and the potential to spread the virus, we have implemented a range of measures for our employees in different office locations around the world for candidate interviewing.  We’re working to ensure the best interviewing and onboarding experiences possible, primarily using a virtual process and video tools. We recognize that these are unsettling times and whether you are preparing for an interview now or in the future, we want you to know that your safety and wellbeing are paramount.

Below is an update on what we are doing, keeping your safety top of mind. LexisNexis’ Recruitment teams are working closely with hiring managers to follow site specific instructions along with the below outlined approach to interviewing candidates over the next few weeks. We have stopped all non-essential travel and asked all our employees to follow hygiene and government recommendations, to practice social distancing and self-isolate if feeling unwell and where possible, we encourage our staff to work virtually to stay connected to customers, colleagues and candidates.  Our guidance for candidate interviews is as follows…

  • Recruiters and interviewers are proactively working with candidates to accommodate/reschedule interviews virtually.

  • We will continue to be flexible and engage candidates virtually using full video conferencing capabilities available to us.

  • We will follow site guidance for face to face/final interviews and where candidates do not have a video conference option to connect.

Tips for a successful virtual interview

We want to thank you in advance for your interest in LexisNexis.  We’re looking forward to getting to know interviewees and new employees face-to-face as soon as it’s safe for everyone involved.  For the meantime, we hope you have an exceptional interview experience and enjoy meeting with the recruiter and hiring manager virtually.
