Step 2
Interview

Our recruiters will review your application, and if they identify your skills and experience as relevant to the role, we will want to learn more about you. You will be selected for an interview - congratulations! You will be contacted by a recruiter* for an initial phone screening that should last approximately 30 minutes. We also encourage you to verify your application status via our Workday system.

Some positions may require you to complete an assessment as a part of the application process.  You will receive a separate email with instructions and next steps, if applicable.

As the hiring process moves forward, in-person and/or virtual interviews will be scheduled with the hiring manager and team leaders. In some cases, interviews are one-on-one meetings and sometimes we use panel interviews, enabling you to meet multiple people from the LexisNexis team at once and maximizing your time.

Step 3
Decision

Our hiring teams will regroup before getting back to you. The hiring decision will be made based on feedback from LexisNexis team members from various levels of seniority, backgrounds, and perspectives.

In the final stage, the hiring team will assess each candidate for their potential to succeed and grow with us. This process may require several days. We appreciate your patience during this stage.

If the hiring committee agrees that you are a good fit for the role and our company, you will receive an official offer to join our team, congratulations! We hope you accept the offer, and our hiring teams will work with you to start the onboarding process.

Frequently, candidates who are selected to move forward will hear from our recruiting team within a couple of weeks of their application.

Is there a limit to the number of roles I can apply to?

We do not limit the number of applications per candidate. However, we encourage candidates to apply to the roles that best match their interests and experience. If you are looking at multiple roles that match your skillset, we recommend selecting 2 to 5 roles maximum.

Please keep in mind that the evaluation criteria will vary, based on the requirements for each role.

How long does the overall interview process take?

Timelines will vary depending on the role and number of applicants. However, most candidates will have a decision within a matter of weeks from their first interview. We recommend being open and honest with the recruiting team about any timing concerns.
