How do I place an order?
For Textbooks, you may purchase directly from the LexisNexis Singapore Store.
For Looseleaf, Major Works or International Titles, submit a sales enquiry form.
Note: A written, signed order is required for subscription services, encyclopaedic works and report services.
How long will it take to deliver my books?
If you place the order via sales or order form:
For local and international hard copies:
In Stock texts will take 5-7 days (Local) and 7-14 days (International) for the delivery to be made.
Out of Stock or Backorder texts will take 4 to 6 weeks for it to be processed.
For access to local eBooks, you will receive a user registration email from lexisnexissg.support@ipublishcentral.com that contains your username and password within 1-3 working days to login via LexReadTM.
What should I do if I lose some pages in a looseleaf binder?
You can email the Missing Page Claims Form to us at help.sg@lexisnexis.com
Is there a charge incurred for the replacement of missing pages?
It depends on the number of pages to be replaced; we will provide a quotation to you if a charge is incurred.
How long do import titles' claims take?
It takes 4-6 weeks for internal processing.

How do I change my Lexis Advance password, registered email, or security question?
1. Select “More” from the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Select "Sign-In Profile".
3. Input new information in the fields you want to update. Click "Save".
What are the rules for changing a password on Lexis Advance?
Your password:
- Must contain between 8 and 50 characters
- May not contain spaces
- Must contain at least 3 of the following 4 kinds of characters:
- Upper-case letters
- Lower-case letters
- Numbers
- Special characters (e.g. @ # $ %)
- May not include your ID
- Must not be the same as any of your previous 5 passwords
What should I do if I have forgotten my Lexis Advance user ID?
If you have forgotten your Lexis Advance user ID, click here to request it.
As a reminder, your ID:
