As the joint head of the ‌Real Estate and Construction Department, Lawyer Su has been committed to building the  team over the past year. A landmark case is the three series of engineering cases between China Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, which Su, as the leading partner, organized department lawyers to undertake. The case lasted for three years and was settled through mediation in the first and second trials. The actual amount of assistance provided to the client in reducing losses was approximately 500 million yuan.

Lawyer Su is good at turning crises into opportunities, exploring service productization and standardization around market demand and customer pain points, developing multiple legal service products that match industry characteristics, and forming new business growth points. The legal service product for the entire process of sales and delivery of commercial housing developed by him has been repeatedly commissioned by well-known real estate companies such as Yuexiu, China Merchants, Greenland, Baolong, Xuhui, Hejing, and Overseas Chinese Town, and has generated a cumulative revenue of over 10 million yuan.

Therefore, Su has been newly awarded two professional honors in the legal industry, namely the 2024 "Excellent Lawyers & Law Firms Recommended by China's Famous Enterprise Law Directors" list - the 2024 Client Smart Choice Lawyer, and the Top 15 Construction and Real Estate Lawyers Trusted by LegalOne (Blue Ribbon). She’s been elected as the Secretary General of the Real Estate Professional Committee of the 11th Zhejiang Provincial Bar Association, and used to be the Deputy Director of the Real Estate Professional Committee of the 10th Hangzhou Bar Association.
