After graduating from the University of Oxford, Mr. Li joined King & Wood, focusing on trust dispute resolution. In 2019, he joined Zhonglun and shifted his field focus to securities litigation and compliance, leading several research projects and reports that received official recognition and awards. As the litigator, Li represented Dongxing Securities in China's first case of securities special representatives action with a settlement amounting to ¥467 million. Utilizing strong leadership skills, he assisted the client in overcoming numerous challenges, such as serious deviations in corresponding plan at first place with numerous co-defendants for tough coordination. Meanwhile, as the leading partner, he assisted China Securities in China's first case applying the securities administrative commitment scheme. Based on his outstanding performance and unanimous recognition of development potential by the firm's management committee, Mr. Li was promoted to non-equity partner at Zhong Lun. He continues to expand case sources, acquire new clients, and establish long-term legal advisory relationships with numerous new clients. Mr. Li possesses exceptional bilingual legal service capabilities and has provided professional legal consulting and litigation representation for top global investment banks, accounting firms, and credit rating agencies.

In addition to legal practice, Mr. Li has won numerous awards for his professional knowledge, including second prize by the Securities Law Research Association for his publication in "Securities Legal Review" 2024, a research report for the China Securities Association awarded excellence, and a research report for NAFMII awarded excellence.

He also puts his fighting spirit in the workplace into community activities. As the captain of the Zhong Lun Beijing football team, he led the team to victory in the second Zhonglun football tournament, which included 8 teams from various regional offices. He also led the team to participate in the Beijing Jianwai Avenue Football Tournament.

Regarding Mr. Li's vision in integrating innovative technology into law, he published videos sharing insights on litigation practice through social media, engaging with peers to enhance skills. He gained over 3,000 followers on his Red Book channel. He also participated in a study program on English trust law at Renmin University of China and actively followed developments in financial litigation.
