As the leading participator in aviation legal service, Alex joined AllBright in 2021. His joining greatly enhanced AllBright's visibility and leadership in the aviation legal services market, and now AllBright has become the outstanding entity in the field of aviation legal services. In 2024, as the initiator, Alex pushed for the establishment of the Aviation and Aerospace Industry Committee in AllBright, which is an important milestone in AllBright's research and development in the aviation and aerospace field.
As the PRC lawyer of Chengdu in Airbus Lifecycle Services Centre, Alex and his team dedicated themselves to the full process of the transaction and are highly recognized by all parties. On 24 January 2024, Airbus Lifecycle Services Centre has started its operations in Chengdu (China). In 2023, Alex assisted Sichuan Aviation Industry Development Co., Ltd. in finalizing the first Airbus A321 P2F aircraft in China, which covers aircraft acquirement, conversion, asset management and lease. Meanwhile, Alex also assisted Chengdu Fire and Rescue Detachment to lease two helicopters, which is fundamental part of Chengdu Fire Aviation Rescue Brigade, a milestone in firefighting and aviation rescue in western China.
As the Deputy Director of Foreign Professional Committee of Chengdu Lawyers Association, Alex promoted the development of foreign-related legal services in Chengdu, and carry out training courses on cross-border investment and cross-border trade for young lawyers in Chengdu through salons and group discussions.
Alex is member of AllBright Chengdu football club, and finished fifth in the national competition two years in a row. Alex is also the member of community football club, and as the striker in the team, Alex maintains the score record in club.
Alex is preparing the OLQE 2025 (Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination) in Hong Kong, as a cross-border counsel, Alex hope to focus on a wider range of areas through the perspective of Hong Kong and other common law jurisdictions.
