This service covers the areas of family law that are legislated by the states and territories independently of the Commonwealth. The product consists of two volumes divided into areas of law. Each guide card is then divided into states. The legislation is annotated as well as having some commentary. There is often commentary at the beginning of each guide card explaining the differences between the jurisdictions, or detailing the history of legislative changes.
