State v. Valadez, Jan. 28, 2016 - "Ms. Valadez has fulfilled the statutory requirements for withdrawing her pleas. The circuit court failed to give the warning required by Wis. Stat. § 971.08(1)(c) and Ms. Valadez's guilty pleas are "likely" to result in her exclusion from admission. Wis. Stat. § 971.08(2). Accordingly, we reverse the order of the circuit court denying Ms. Valadez's motion to withdraw her guilty pleas. We remand the matter to the circuit court with directions to vacate the judgments of conviction and permit Ms. Valadez to withdraw her guilty pleas and enter other pleas."
