USCIS, May 13, 2022 - "On Friday, May 13, 2022, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) published two new forms: Form I-956, Application for Regional Center Designation, and I-956H, Bona Fides of Persons Involved with Regional Center Program.
Effective May 14, 2022, under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, all entities seeking regional center designation must submit these forms in compliance with the new program requirements.
Form I-956, Application for Regional Center Designation Form I-956, Application for Regional Center Designation, is used to request either:
Form I-956H, Bona Fides of Persons Involved with Regional Center Program Along with a Form I-956, Application for Regional Center Designation, Form I-956H, Bona Fides of Persons Involved with Regional Center Program must be filed by each person involved with the regional center to provide information and attest to their compliance with INA 203(b)(5)(H).
A biometric services fee of $85 is required for each person who submits a Form I-956H. Form I-956H and this fee must be submitted at the time of filing Form I-956.
