Barr, 954 F.3d 812 (5th Cir. 2020); Matter of J-F-F-, 23 I&N Dec. 912, 922 (A.G. 2006); Matter of S-M-J-, 21 I&N Dec. 722, 723-24, 28-29 (BIA 1997); see also Quintero v. Garland, 998 F.3d 612, 623-26 (4th Cir. 2021) (discussing possible sources of authority for such a duty).
