This training is recommended for attorneys seeking to represent individuals in immigration court or for those interested in immigration litigation pro bono opportunities. Invited faculty include Immigration Judge Wayne Stogner, Dree Collopy, Karen T. Grisez, Bob Juceam, Ken Mayeaux, and Mark J. Shmueli. Topics covered during the training will include:
an introduction to the immigration court;
immigration court procedures, including detained cases;
