"I'm writing on behalf of Advancing Justice - Asian Law Caucus and Advancing Justice - Atlanta to share an advisory on and copy of the November 2020 Memorandum of Understanding regarding the deportation of Vietnamese citizens who arrived in the United States before July 12, 1995. As the advisory explains, we're not aware of an uptick in deportations based on this MOU, but it's nonetheless a troubling development."
