O and P Nonimmigrant Visa Classifications: Performing Arts and Entertainment
Thursday, April 17, 2014 - 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Eastern)

"As part of the Executives in Residence (EIR) initiative, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a stakeholder meeting about the O and P nonimmigrant visa programs on Thursday, April 17, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Eastern).

Participants will have the opportunity to raise issues and give their thoughts regarding O and P nonimmigrant visa classifications within the performing arts and entertainment industries. This input will contribute to the ongoing work of USCIS’ Executives in Residence initiative, which is currently exploring how USCIS can enhance clarity and consistency in performing arts and entertainment adjudications. Through the EIR initiative, USCIS brings private sector experts from the performing arts and entertainment industry together with USCIS immigration experts on a collaborative team. EIR team members will participate in the meeting to hear directly from stakeholders on issues of importance to the performing arts and entertainment industries.
