"As part of its “Access EOIR” initiative, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is pleased to invite interested stakeholders to attend an online viewing session of its on-demand Model Hearing Program (MHP) event. This hybrid event is the third part of the MHP effort and combines the live programming and on-demand videos to allow stakeholder groups to view the videos and ask agency personnel questions. EOIR hosts scheduled MHP events nationwide and makes available the programming to stakeholder groups that request it. The on-demand videos will be posted on the agency’s website on Jan. 24, 2022. The videos cover the following topics: • Introduction to the Model Hearing Program, Removal Proceedings, & Immigration Court Processes and Procedures • Model Hearing Program Substantive Law Lecture: Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and Protection Under the U.N.
