"The Department of Justice (“Department”) proposes to amend Executive Office for Immigration Review (“EOIR”) regulations governing the filing and adjudication of motions to reopen and reconsider and to add regulations governing requests for discretionary stays of removal. DATES: Written or electronic comments must be submitted on or before December 28, 2020. Written comments postmarked on or before that date will be considered timely.
