DOL ETA - "On Wednesday, May 27, 2015, the Department of Labor will hold a public webinar to familiarize stakeholders with the requirements of the H-2B 2015 Interim Final Rule. The webinar will begin at 2PM Eastern Daylight time. The H-2B 2015 Interim Final Rule webinar will be available on a first-come, first served basis and limited to 300 participants. We encourage organizations and other groups of participants to access the webinar at a single, centralized location to maximize attendance. The presentation portion of the webinar will last approximately two hours.
Please note that due to an expected large number of participants, the Department will not take questions over the phone line, however, we will use the WebEx chat function after the conclusion of the webinar presentation to answer questions.
Important Note: For those interested stakeholders unable to participate live, the webinar will be recorded and made available after the fact on the Office of Foreign Labor Certification’s Web site.
