DATES: The effective date of the regulation entitled International Entrepreneur Rule, published in the Federal Register on January 17, 2017, 82 FR 5238, is delayed from July 17, 2017 to March 14, 2018, except for amendatory instruction 6.a revising 8 CFR 274a.2(b)(1)(v)(C)(2), which will go into effect on July 17, 2017.
