"U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) invite you to participate in a stakeholder teleconference on Thursday, November 21, 2013, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss the implementation of the ABT settlement agreement. This settlement agreement stipulates that certain individuals who intend to file an asylum application or who have already filed an asylum application are entitled to new procedures relating to the crediting of time toward eligibility for employment authorization. A supplemental class notice and the settlement agreement, as revised after the September 20, 2013 fairness hearing, have been posted on the Legal Settlement Notices page on www.uscis.gov and the Litigation Notices page on www.justice.gov/EOIR.
