Shepard’s® Enhancements

Shepard’s case cards have been integrated into the Cited In Your Document tab in Brief Analysis on Lexis+™. Plus, the new Shepard’s® At Risk feature is clearly visible to the right of the case name when applicable. Clicking on Reason for Shepard’s Signal™ and At Risk provides more insight as to why the case is at risk.

The Shepard’s At Risk indicator is now available on delivered documents on Lexis+. Be sure to select the option in the Content-specific Options tab to include Shepard’s Signal indicators.
