New Law360® Pulse Leaderboard Rankings—See Which Firms Top the List

The Leaderboard is the newest ranking by Law360® Pulse, providing a fresh perspective on what it means to be successful in today’s legal world. This three-part series goes beyond a firms’ financial success as a measure of strength and illuminates other important pillars including pro bono work, racial and ethnic diversity, gender diversity and employee engagement. It includes a Social Impact Leaders ranking, Prestige Leaders ranking, and Leaderboard ranking to give firms a holistic view of success across a broad range of categories.

The Law360 Pulse Social Impact Leaders ranking looks at what firms are doing to make the world a better place. It includes four important pillars: pro bono work, racial and ethnic diversity, gender diversity and employee engagement. These may not be traditional measures of success, but they highlight aspects of a firm’s work and culture that are essential to making sure the industry progresses, so we feel it’s important to shine a light on them.

The Law360 Pulse Prestige Leaders ranking looks at the attributes we think illuminate a firms’ prestige, including financial data and other metrics.

The Law360 Pulse Leaderboard combines the scores from the Social Impact ranking and the Prestige ranking, and adds some data that looks at the work firms are doing in the transactional and litigation spaces (“Practice Footprint”), to come up with a total score for the firms that make our list.
