Tax Key Legal Development Tracker (Federal): For each legal development, the tracker lists the affected section(s) of the Internal Revenue Code, including the date of the development (and effective date[s] if applicable) and provides direct links to relevant Practical Guidance content.

SEC Proposed and Adopted Rules Tracker: The table below provides (1) the date of the most recent development (i.e., the proposal date or, if applicable, the adoption date), (2) links to the applicable SEC releases, (3) a brief summary of the proposed or final rule(s), (4) the effective and compliance dates of the final rules, and (5) links to any related evolving guidance in Practical Guidance.

This tracker includes rules proposed and/or adopted starting from the fourth quarter of 2020 (i.e., on or after October 1, 2020). The rules are presented in reverse chronological order, based on the latest development.

Workplace Diversity and Racial and Social Justice Resource Kit: Key subjects covered include diversity and inclusion (D&I) policies; affirmative action; workplace affinity groups (also known as employee resource groups [ERG] or employee networks); handling employees’ political and protest activity; corporate board and governance issues related to diversity, and racial and social justice; and guidance regarding workplace discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
