New Financial Services Regulation offering on the Lexis Practice Advisor® service

This new offering provides extensive coverage of laws and regulations that impact operations and activities of banks, financial institutions and financial services companies. It also includes content on federal laws and regulations related to consumer financial products and services offered by lenders, banks and nonbank companies, including fintech firms.

In addition, the current Federal Civil Litigation offering has been renamed Civil Litigation to reflect the addition of state content from MA, PA, WA and U.S. arbitration organizations.
