New CourtLink Dockets & Documents page

The new CourtLink® page allows users to review and organize dockets they have updated from the courts, and any court documents they have retrieved. It provides an easy way to sort and filter any retrieved items, as well as to save or deliver them in email.

  • The page’s table displays activity in chronological order, with the most recent events appearing at the top. New, unread items appear in bold text until they are read.
  • Users can sort and filter the table contents by criteria such as case name, court and docket number. Users can select one or more items on a page to download or email as needed.
  • In reviewing their retrieved PDF documents, users will find the Entry# column useful, as it displays the document’s proceeding number in the courts where they are provided. The numbers are helpful for reference when reviewing multiple documents retrieved from a single docket.

The new page will be accessible from several locations in the product: at the top of the main CourtLink search page, in the “More” menu and also during the document download process. As the document is retrieved, users are presented with the option to jump to the new page and view the document there.
