It’s been just over one year since the United States Supreme Court released the landmark decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, which made it clear that Title VII prohibits all forms of discrimination based on sex, including sexual orientation and gender identity. In observation of Pride Month and the one year anniversary of Bostock, the EEOC announced new resources HERE to educate employees, applicants, and employers about the rights of all employees.
