Lexis+® Brief Analysis Enhancement: Upload Text Passages for Relevant Recommendations

Lexis+® users can now upload a passage to Brief Analysis and receive relevant recommendations when they are at any stage in their document drafting process. The ability to access recommended secondary sources, cases and sample briefs early in the drafting process can help users draft a stronger brief more efficiently.

Tip: when using the Upload Text Passages feature, use several sentences and several cites so the system has enough data to generate highly relevant results. Alternatively, you can enter a list of cites, allowing the system to check those cites.
