According to a recent study from PwC, the Lexis Advance® service is ranked #1 among next-gen lawyers. The research uncovers the attitudes, behaviors and key drivers of law student preferences in relation to legal research. These finding reinforce that Lexis Advance provides better tools, technologies and training—and is preferred over Westlaw Edge®. Key findings include:

• 50% of new lawyers prefer the Lexis Advance service, compared to 46% for Westlaw Edge
• Ease of use (73%) and speed of results (62%) are what matter most to digital natives
• 77% say that the LexisNexis® services provide the most effective AI and analytics tools
• 70% say LexisNexis is more invested in providing effective training to prepare students for success vs. 48% for Westlaw®
