California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): First Analysis Resources

On November 3, 2020, California voters approved Proposition 24, a measure aimed at strengthening consumer data privacy protection and restricting the collection and use of personal information by businesses in the state. The measure, also known as the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), expands and amends the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the nation’s most wide-ranging state law of its kind.
