What’s Trending with MFN Clauses?

Read this practice note that looks at recent market trends in most favored nation (MFN) clauses in publicly filed credit agreements through Q1 2023. An MFN clause gives existing loans the benefit of any higher pricing of the incremental loans if the “all-in-yield” payable to the incremental lenders exceeds by a certain amount the all-in-yield payable to the existing lenders.
