Pipeline Health Files Chapter 11

Pipeline Health System, LLC and its affiliates filed bankruptcy petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. According to the first day declaration, the company is an independent, community-focused healthcare network that offers medical services to the communities it serves. The debtors are represented by Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Jackson Walker LLP. The debtors filed a plan that includes a toggle feature that allows for the implementation of a credit bid or other sale, either through the plan or a Section 363 sale.
