New Video! Agents in Credit Agreements
Check out our new video providing an overview of the two main agents in a syndicated credit facility: the administrative agent and the collateral agent. The administrative agent typically has the most significant relationship with the borrower and plays a leading role in originating and syndicating the credit facility. The collateral agent is the nominal secured party with respect to any personal property collateral as well as the mortgagee or beneficiary of any real property collateral covered by a mortgage or deed of trust.
