New Colorado Privacy Act Protects Colorado Consumers Starting in 2023
Count Colorado as next to enact a state-level consumer privacy law. The Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), which takes effect on July 1, 2023, provides Colorado consumers with certain rights over their personal data and imposes accountability and transparency obligations on the entities that handle their personal data.
