National Environmental Issues for Real Estate Acquisitions
Compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) is required to obtain federal financing for “major Federal action” projects. Under NEPA, federal agencies identify and consider potential environmental implications for certain activities, such as federal land management.
