It Aint Over Till It’s Over. Post-confirmation Jurisdiction
As bankruptcy lawyers know, confirmation is not the end of a case. A bankruptcy court’s jurisdiction continues after confirmation of a plan of reorganization or liquidation in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
