Generative AI Certification for Federal Court
Two things you can’t avoid on the internet: cats and generative AI. As for the first, Happy International Cat Day to those who celebrate. As to the latter, we have a new federal court template: a generative AI use and compliance certification. Judges have already begun to issue standing orders regarding the use of generative AI tools and require carefully enumerated statements from attorneys with court filings.
