FTC Announces 2022 HSR Thresholds

HSR thresholds are adjusted annually based on changes to Gross National Product. The adjustments are typically announced in late January and take effect 30 days after publication in the Federal Register. The 2022 adjustments were published on January 24, 2022, and will take effect on February 23, 2022.
