FTC and DOJ Aim to Modernize Antitrust Merger Guidelines
On January 18, 2022, the Federal Trade Commission and Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice launched a joint initiative to modernize the antitrust merger guidelines. As part of this effort, the agencies are soliciting comments from the public with the comment period currently set to close March 21, 2022.
