Dodd-Frank Act Proposed Executive Compensation Rulemaking
The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act) requires public companies to provide shareholders with information they need to evaluate a company’s executive compensation policies. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) proposes to increase the content of executive compensation disclosures.
