Cloud Computing Data Protection Considerations
Access this checklist for an overview of key data protection issues to consider in cloud computing contracts. Ensuring customer ownership of its data, addressing the provider’s use of such customer data, and safeguarding the security and confidentiality of customer data are of paramount importance in any cloud computing agreement.
