Bed, Bath & Goodbye to Popular Retailers
Over the last few weeks, Bed Bath & Beyond and David's Bridal both filed for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. In both cases, the debtors are conducting store closing sales while pursuing a sale of the debtors’ assets. Some experts predict additional retailers closing and a large wave of retail bankruptcies.
