Panel: U.S. must change immigration laws or risk losing global competitiveness

"That's the bottom line of a panel discussion Tuesday by two El Paso business leaders, an El Paso immigration lawyer, El Paso Mayor John Cook and the author of Immigrant Inc., about how immigrant entrepreneurs are driving the new economy.  The United States will lose its global competitiveness if immigration laws in the United States are not reformed so more high-skill and low-skill workers can get jobs not being filled by Americans, and more immigrant entrepreneurs allowed to start businesses here.
